Jeroen also joined the CSM team as Customer Service Technical Specialist. He came over from Toyota Motor Europe, where he had a similar function. His main responsibilities were to handle incoming questions regarding diagnostic issues (hardware and software related), participate in future improvements for diagnostic hardware/software, perform test procedures during developing phases, investigate specific technical market needs/requests.
As he has an educational background in automotive, he worked in aftersales for some dealerships before where he gained experience in customer service. For him, the product changed, but the mindset remains the same.
In his spare time, he likes to travel, cook and play football both in an active and passive way. He is also involved in the board of a fan club of the Belgian national football team.
We wish him a lot of success in his new job.
