GLS upgrades its access points: 30 Dynaco doors for a more efficient site
After nearly 30 years of loyal service, GLS's logistics center in Hoogeveen (Netherlands) is undergoing a complete access modernization. The project involves replacing 30 sectional doors in two phases, led by SHLTR Group | Stormy, Dynaco’s installation partner.
The first delivery was successfully completed: 15 Dynaco I-14P doors in RAL 7016, including 6 motorized via ID07 and 9 manual, were installed. These doors offer high thermal insulation performance and wind resistance up to class 3 according to EN12424. Their thermal bridge-free design helps reduce energy consumption, a real benefit for an active logistics site like GLS.
In terms of safety, the reinforced structure of the I-14P doors effectively protects against intrusions, while ensuring reliable and secure operation thanks to emergency descent blocking systems.
This project marks the first collaboration between Dynaco and SHLTR Group | Stormy on the SOHD range, representing a new step in their partnership. The final objective: a fully renovated building, safer, more efficient, and perfectly suited to modern logistics demands.
