An industrial Dynaco I14-P door to secure the underground garages of a new residential building, for Vermeiren’s developer client

At the site of our partner Vermeiren’s client – a well-regarded real estate developer – our teams installed a Dynaco I14-P industrial sectional door at the entrance of the underground garages of a new residential building.

Designed to meet the demands of high-traffic environments, this door offers outstanding reliability thanks to its solid industrial construction. It withstands strong winds up to class 3 according to European standard EN12424. The insulated panels, built without thermal bridges, significantly reduce heat loss and energy costs. Reinforced with metal profiles and compliant with EN13241-1, this door is built to last.

The door was equipped with the required ventilation grilles and a complete automation system including a keypad and remote controls. Additional safety systems block the door’s downward movement in case of an obstacle, protecting both people and vehicles.
