The new Dynaco X‑40P: straightforward sectional door for everyday industrial needs

Positioned in the Orange Line for essential performance

The new X‑40P overhead sectional door for essential industrial applications

Not every industrial building needs a highly specialized or complex door. In many cases, the best solution is one that simply works – reliably, day after day – while helping to control energy costs and adapt to the realities of the building.

The new Dynaco X‑40P overhead sectional door was developed with exactly this idea in mind. Positioned in the Dynaco Orange Line, it is a straightforward, well‑balanced solution for industrial environments such as manufacturing sites, warehouses and logistics centres, where reliability, efficiency and ease of use matter more than unnecessary complexity.

A natural extension of the Dynaco sectional door range

Dynaco has many years of experience in industrial door solutions, from high‑speed doors to sectional overhead doors. With the introduction of the X‑40P, the sectional door range is strengthened by a model that focuses on what most industrial sites really need: solid insulation, durable construction and smooth motorised operation in one coherent solution.

The X‑40P complements the existing portfolio by offering a reliable entrance door that fits typical industrial buildings and day‑to‑day operations, making it a clear, cost‑effective choice for essential applications.

Built to help control energy and operating costs

In industrial buildings, doors play a crucial role in maintaining indoor climate conditions and limiting energy loss. The X‑40P is built around 40 mm insulated steel panels designed without thermal bridges, combined with high‑quality sealing at the top, bottom and sides. This construction helps reduce energy loss and contributes to more stable indoor temperatures.

With an excellent U‑value of 0.87 W/(m²·K) and acoustic insulation of 25 dB, together with class 3 performance in wind load, water resistance and air permeability, the X‑40P supports comfortable, protected working conditions around busy door openings.

Flexible installation to fit many building layouts

Every building is different, and installation constraints are not always simple. To simplify planning and integration, the X‑40P is available with four lift configurations – standard, low, high and vertical – making it easier to fit the door into a wide range of layouts, from low‑ceiling retrofit projects to high‑bay warehouses.

Minimum and maximum dimensions from 2150 × 2150 mm up to 6000 × 6000 mm give additional flexibility in door sizing, so the X‑40P can be specified for many types of industrial facilities.

Simple, safe and efficient day‑to‑day operation

Daily operation was a key focus in the development of the X‑40P. A motorised system with smooth opening speed up to 0.25 m/s helps keep people, vehicles and goods moving efficiently through the opening.

The door can be operated manually, semi‑automatically or fully automatically, with convenient control options ranging from push buttons and handheld remotes to sensors such as radar, magnetic loops and photocells. Built‑in safety features and secure locking support safe working conditions and reliable access control for both personnel and vehicles. The Servox operator offers soft start/stop, brushless technology, IP54 protection and endurance up to 60 cycles per hour.

Made to measure with functional design options

While the X‑40P is primarily a functional industrial door, it offers a wide range of options to match the architecture and practical needs of the building. Each door is made to measure and can be configured with 40 mm insulated steel panels in five standard RAL colours, or with optional factory painting in almost any RAL or NCS colour.

Rectangular or oval acrylic windows – using unique 2.5 mm acrylic glazing – invite natural light and visibility while improving the appearance of the façade without reflections. This allows the X‑40P to blend into different building types while maintaining the essential performance expected from an industrial sectional door.

Certified performance and compliance

The X‑40P is fully compliant with EN13241‑1, and the performance of Dynaco sectional doors has been tested and certified by a third‑party notified body. A durability rating of 100,000 door cycles (when combined with the appropriate service and replacement programme) underlines the long‑term reliability of the solution.

A clear, cost‑effective choice for essential industrial needs

Bringing together energy efficiency, flexibility, certified performance and straightforward daily operation, the Dynaco X‑40P is aimed at companies that want a reliable, cost‑effective sectional overhead door that simply does its job well. In short, it delivers everything most industrial sites need – and nothing they do not.
